The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. (Changes as of 08/04/2020)
Ordering
- Order by phone, or online for more savings
- Because of our automated fulfillment process you will not be able to add/subtract change or cancel your order after it has been submitted

- Due to cost and currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice
Payment
- American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit card
Shipping
International orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that all import tariffs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Star Time Supply Co., Inc is not liable for customs delays, lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments, or any damage to goods caused by the freight carriers.
- Liquid orders ship separately from non-liquids and do not qualify for free shipping
- Star Time exclusively offers UPS Shipping (Ground / Air) & Fedex Ground.
- We will ship same day for orders received by 3:00PM (UPS) and 2:00pm (Fedex) CT on Star Time business days unless otherwise notified. (new customer orders may ship next day)
- Residential deliveries of $2000.00 or more require Signature Delivery.
- Refused packages will result in shipping charges both ways.
- For all deliveries UPS will assume your business or home is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday-Friday during normal business hours. For delivery appointments it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact UPS to arrange a delivery appointment. Any re-delivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Star Time Supply is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged packages.
Free Shipping
- Star Time Supply offers to ship your package free when your non-liquid order is more than $300.00 with
the following exceptions:
- Liquids do not qualify for free shipping.
- Accounts with any unpaid balance over 30 days from the ship date do not qualify for free or discounted shipping.
- The package weight must be 5 pounds or less, and will be shipped by ground carrier within the Continental United States.
- If you subsequently return an item(s) for any reason other than it being defective, and that results in the order value coming to less than $300.00, free or discounted shipping will no longer apply and you will be charged shipping on the original order.
Undeliverable Addresses
- We will ship to the address in your online account. If this is incorrect your order will be delayed and you will be charged a $13.00 address correction fee along with any additional re-shipping charges. Please carefully check your address and email address before finalizing your order
Returns Policy
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchased date.
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) and RAs must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Items received without an RAs will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.
- Customer is responsible for insuring the returned product. This insurance will cover the cost of the item in the event of a carrier damaged or lost package.
- Must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged in a box. Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
- Star Time Supply, Inc does not provide return labels, including warranty returns.
- All returns must be in original packaging, including instruction manuals or accessories.
- Returned items must be in saleable condition and if approved, will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- On warranty return, credit will be issued once manufacturer accepts return
- RAs is not an admission that the product is defective or is appropriate for return.
- Star Time Supply, Inc retains the right in its discretion to reject the return for cause and return it to customer at customer’s expense.
Movement Returns:
- Movement manufacturers do not warranty movements used for repair purposes; therefore, all movement sales are final and no return will be accepted.
- If a movement is defective, must return, including all parts, in the original movement packaging within 10 days of the purchase date; thus, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all movements upon receipt and before installation.
- Movements which have been installed, defective or not, absolutely will not be accepted for return.
No returns will be accepted on capacitors or special-order items, unless the need for return is caused by seller’s error.
Please complete the Online RA request form to obtain an RA number prior to returning product.
Warranty
Product that is defective out-of-the-box will be replaced by Star Time. For warranty returns from US manufacturers contact the manufacturer. For imported items (e.g., Bergeon and Horotec) contact Star Time Supply.Information
