Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. (Changes as of 08/18/2016)
- Minimum order value is $20.00.
- Order by phone, or online for more savings
- Because of our automated fulfillment process you will not be able to add/subtract change or cancel your order after it has been submitted
- Due to cost and currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice
- American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit card
When applying for a web account, please be very careful to give your correct shipping address. We will ship to the address you give us and are not responsible for errors you may make in providing your address. Items returned as undeliverable will result in extra charges.
- Liquid orders ship separately from non-liquids and do not qualify for free shipping
- Star Time offers FedEx and UPS shipping
- We will ship all Existing Customer's orders received by 3:00pm on Star Time business days that same day unless otherwise notified (new customer orders may ship next day)
- Residential deliveries of $2000.00 or more require Signature Delivery
- Refused packages will result in shipping charges both ways
- For all deliveries FedEx/UPS will assume your business or home is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday-Friday during normal business hours. For delivery appointments it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact FedEx/UPS to arrange a delivery appointment. Any re-delivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Star Time Supply is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged packages
- Star Time Supply offers to ship your package free when your non-liquid order is more than $200.00 with the following exceptions:
- Liquids do not qualify for free shipping.
- Extended area addresses will receive a $5.00 discount instead of free shipping.
- Accounts with any unpaid balance over 30 days from the ship date do not qualify for free shipping or shipping discount.
- The package weight must be three dimensional pounds or less, and will be shipped by ground carrier within the Continental United States.
- If your shipment is more than three dimensional pounds, or you would prefer Fed Ex air delivery, Star Time Supply will discount your shipment by $5.00.
- We will ship to the address in your online account. If this is incorrect your order will be delayed and you will be charged a $13.00 address correction fee along with any additional re-shipping charges. Please carefully check your address and email address before finalizing your order
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). RAs must be clearly marked on the outside of the box-- please use a box, not an envelope. Non-compliant returns will be rejected
- Star Time Supply is not able to accept any returns that are not freight prepaid by the customer
- No products may be returned that are not properly packaged with all components included
- A restocking charge of 10% applies to returns
- Merchandise returned as defective that is deemed fully functional by Star Time will be returned to the customer at their expense
- Star Time does not provide return labels for returns
- We recommend you insure returns
Please complete the Online RA request form to obtain an RA number prior to returning product.
Stock item returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and will be evaluated on a part-by-part basis. Authorization of restock returns is at the sole discretion of Star Time Company, Inc. If a part is authorized for return and is a customer error, 10% of the purchase price will be applied as a standard restocking charge. Parts must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging, instruction manuals and accessories
The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned product (restock, warranty, non-warranty, and other returns) and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged in a box. Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
Product that is defective out-of-the-box will be replaced by Star Time. For warranty returns from US manufacturers contact the manufacturer or US distributor directly. For imported items (e.g., Bergeon and Horotec) contact Star Time Supply.
We do our best to provide the most current and accurate information but under no circumstances will Star Time Supply Company, Inc. be liable to any person or business entity for any direct or indirect damages based on any use of this website. Star Time Supply Co., Inc is not responsible or liable for the accuracy of information or typographical errors. Nothing contained in this Website can be used without written permission.

We won't rent, sell, or give your information to anyone. We may use information you have given us to inform you of special deals and other things of potential interest to you. You can opt-out at any time for whatever reason. We use web analytics tools to track aggregate behavior on our website but don't collect personal information or data
